Stick to the speed limit and save!

Under new plans announced by Labour, drivers who observe the speed limit could have their road tax reduced or have points removed from their licence.

Maria Eagle, the new shadow transport secretary, revealed in an interview with the Daily Telegraph, that she plans to make use of the country's network of average speed cameras to provide financial incentives for drivers who stay within legal limits.
